Jim Huff

Jim Huff has been active in the real estate industry for several decades. He is licensed in the states of Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana and Florida. A renowned personality in the tri-state, he is also active in the real estate industry on the state and national levels. Huff was appointed to the Kentucky Real Estate Commission serving a term as chairman during his five consecutive terms as commissioner. Notably, he established a statewide errors and omissions insurance platform that continues to serve the needs of Kentucky real estate practitioners today. Huff's contributions to the standards of practice for property management are evident in existing legislative regulations. He served as a director of ARELLO (Association of Real Estate License Law Officials), holding the position of vice-president, southern district. Huff was awarded the honor of REALTOR® of the Year in 1981 by the Kenton-Boone Board of REALTORS®, for which he served as president.

Huff is currently serving on the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport Board and is a member of the Tri-Ed Board (Tri-County Economic Development Corporation). He served as chairman, secretary and board member for the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce. Huff avidly supports and contributes to tri-state communities. He has served on numerous boards including Northern Kentucky University Foundation, Saint Elizabeth Medical Foundation, Kids Helping Kids, Forward Quest, Metropolitan Club of Northern Kentucky, Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Fine Arts Foundation, Peoples Bank, Kentucky National Bank, First State Bank of Florida and board member emeritus for Thomas More College.
